FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS OR EVENTS?
I do not offer this service but I am happy to refer you to other great photographers in the area.
WILL MY FINAL IMAGES HAVE A WATERMARK?
Your images will not have a watermark, the only images that have a watermark are the proofs. Once you have chosen your collection photos the watermark will be removed and it will not be present when you download your files.
IS THE RETAINER REFUNDABLE IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
The retainer fee is not refundable, but it can be transfered towards a future session. Cancellations will need to be notified 48 hours before the session, and a new date scheduled for a future session.
WHAT DOES THE RETAINER FEE COVER?
The retainer fee reserves your date and time in our calendar. This fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, and the work we do upfront to fine tune your session details, which includes all communication, setting up, coordination, professional editing, and preparation of your beautiful gallery. The retainer fee does not include digital files (photos) or print products.
DO YOU DELIVER RAW FILES?
I do not deliver RAW files; these files are the uncompressed and unprocessed images data and do not reflect my brand or style. These are the digital "negatives" of the photos and copyright is owned by the photographer. You will receive the images included in your collection in high resolution files fully edited, and you will have the option of purchasing high quality products from our professional lab.
CAN WE ORDER PRINTS AND PRODUCTS THROUGH YOU?
We offer a variety of beautiful products to choose from and you can order directly from our professional lab. You can choose from beautiful prints to albums, acrylic prints, ornaments and more. These make great holiday or birthday gifts too!
ARE YOU VACCINATED?
I've had both shots plus all the boosters available. I am happy to still wear a mask if this makes you more comfortable. We only offer one session a day at the studio to make sure all props, outfits, and surfaces are throughly cleaned, washed, and sanitized.
I AM AWKWARD/UNPHOTOGENIC, DO YOU HELP WITH POSING?
The session will be conducted in a relaxed and comfortable environment that will put you an ease very quickly. I will direct you to get the most flattering expressions and angles. Don't be surprised if at some point I get to be silly, this will help with getting real laughter and genuine expressions. Sometimes, these end u being the best photos!

We selected Lia for our newborn photo shoot after my sister shared her amazing work with my husband and I. We knew we wanted a newborn session but just couldn’t find the right person.
